INSTRUCTIONS FOR CME CREDIT / GENERAL INFORMATION
EARN CME CREDIT:
You will receive a self-study activity with four multiple-choice test sections based upon cases reviewed in four issues of the publication. Completion of the test, with a passing grade of 70% or higher, will enable participants to earn 3 hours of CME credit per each self-study activity section or up to 12 hours of CME credit for all four sections. Each test section consists of 10 multiple choice questions.

Read the case review articles contained herein and answer the test questions. Mail or fax your completed answer form to:

Your answer sheet will be graded by UMDNJ. You will receive a letter of credit and the correct answers via return mail each time you submit an answer sheet. It is up to you to notify your state medical board of any continuing education credit you receive. Many states with mandatory continuing education require that activities must be offered by an approved organization, and in addition must meet criteria related to subject matter and/or educational method, to be acceptable for credit. For additional information about your states CE requirement, please contact your state board of medicine.
