Dental Liability Alert (DLA) emphasizes the avoidance of malpractice litigation through specific suggestions derived from actual trial results. The on-line, interactive continuing education component is developed with input from UMDNJ and revised with new cases every year.

Earn 6 hours of ADA (C.E.R.P) and AGD approved CDE Credit
Subscribers to Dental Liability Alert can earn continuing dental education credit through our on-line, self-study, interactive, "open-book" multiple choice exams based on cases reviewed in DLA. Participants may also qualify for liability insurance premium credit.
Liability Insurance Premium Discount/Credit
Our accredited Risk Management activity has been approved by several liability insurance carriers for a significant liability insurance premium discount. Participants in this activity should contact their liability insurance broker or insurance carrier for premium credit approval. In addition, dentists insured by cooperating insurance carriers may qualify for discounted subscription/CDE program rates.
Self-Study Open-Book
The self-study activity will include an on-line "open-book," multiple choice exam (3 sections, 10 questions per section), allowing for up to 2 hours of CDE credit per section, or up to 6 hours of credit for all three exam sections. Credit certificates will be issued if the registrant receives a passing grade of 70% or better.
